This project is a renovation of an existing 97,000 square foot 12-story building for adaptive reuse as student apartment housing.

The project will have 48 apartments (6 apartments per floor, on floors 5 through 12) with 136 bedrooms, along with amenities and a common area space on the 3rd floor. The project will also include an upgrade of the ground floor elevator lobby and public space.
