Met Square will be the final phase in the Metropolitan Miami development. This innovative, urban center includes an 80,000 square foot cinema complex at levels 3 and 4; and 40,000 feet of luxury retail and dining destinations at the ground and second levels.

The project contains a 34-story tower with 188 apartments and a museum paying tribute to the Native American Tequesta tribe and Miami’s first hotel, The Royal Palm Hotel built by Henry Flagler.
