This 39,504 sq/ft project, will be a new 2 story Performing Arts building. It will include a 2,134 sq/ft theater, new classrooms, a 5,831 sq/ft fitness center, and 2,145 sq/ft of office space on the ground floor. The second floor has 3,883 sq/ft of dance classrooms, additional office space, a music studio, art classrooms, and a 623 sq/ft lobby. There will also be a redesign of the existing parking lot to include an additional 113 spaces, bringing the total to 442 spaces.
