Enterprise Fleet Management and Sprinklermatic have been business partners since 2017. Through this partnership, Sprinklermatic has worked extremely diligently to be the best in the industry. The Sprinklermatic leadership team has gone above and beyond to ensure that their team is well informed within the industry and takes pride in having a well maintained, safe, and fiscally responsible fleet. Every year, we meet to discuss opportunities to make sure that they are operating a reliable fleet to help them continue to be a leader in the industry. Each year, the leadership team puts on a company-wide “Best Practices” event as a continuing education program for
their team. This allows their employees to learn more in their specific trade such as product knowledge, as well as learn additional life skills such as CPR/AED which can be used both in their professional and personal lives. This year, I had the opportunity to personally be involved in the best practices event and provided training in driver safety. Through this I was able to see the company culture to improve their brand and the professionalism that Sprinklermatic prides themselves in. Sprinklermatic has such pride in their trade that they even offer a university style training to local fire departments and other sprinkler companies. This shows that they are focused on the profession as a whole and not just what they can benefit from the training.
