Gilbane recently completed SMH Venice Hospital Phase I Project. This was a fast track 365,000 sq/ft greenfield hospital project that entailed size separated phased turnovers. The project VDC team was co-located onsite to support construction and a large-scale prefabrication effort. Sprinklermatic was one of Gilbane’s key Design Assist trade partners whoc stepped up and helped make this project a great success. The project team successfully completed 24 plus AHCA inspections and almost daily AHJ inspections on MEP systems. Sprinklermatic worked hard and long hours to achieve project schedule and goals. We are very happy to have Sprinklermatic returning for Phase II.
